We require a $150.00 rental subtotal minimum plus a $50.00 delivery fee for all orders. If you do not meet our order subtotal minimum requirement, do not need any other rentals or services but would still like to rent from us, you have the option to pay the difference to meet our subtotal requirement by adding the following item to your order: Rental Minimum. At a bare minimum, a rental order will cost $200.00 total to most addresses in our Delivery Area.
All listed base prices on rental items are the rental rate per item for the first day. We charge for each day (i.e. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, etc.) that you would like to keep the rentals regardless of the amount of time in any day that they are actually used as they are still out of our system and unavailable for other customers to book for the entire day. The 2nd day or more is charged at a discounted rate for most items. You can see all rates in the item listings.
A rental Order Request is not a quote. However, you can see an accurate order total if you fill out all required options and proceed through the Checkout without submitting. Submitting an order request is a way for you to submit all pertinent order information to us so we can determine if we are able to fulfill the order and correct items, options and services if required. Your quote will be the corrected order invoice we will send you with our Rental Agreement IF we are able to fulfill your order. You will then have 24 hours to accept and book the order or choose to decline it so that we can move on to the next waiting customer.
Successful submission of a rental Order Request on our website does not guarantee availability. While we may have the actual items you want, we might not have the availabilty to fulfill the delivery and/or return as we may be booked with other events.
If you have multiple events you would like to book, you must submit a new order request for each date or set of consecutive days that you need the rentals.
We DO NOT allow for customer pickups of any rental orders. All orders must be delivered by us to the Delivery Address where they must remain for the duration of the rental period.
For the best chance of order availability, we advise all customers to submit order requests as far ahead of the desired Delivery Date as possible. Typically, that means at least 4 weeks ahead of time. Once we receive your request, we will let you know if we are able to fulfill your request via email as soon as possible within 2 business days (Mon-Fri). Payment is not required to submit a rental order request.
If we are ABLE to fulfill your request, we will send you a status update message of "Processing" as well as our Rental Agreement for your review and signature via Dropbox Sign. You will be able to pay for and book your order only after you read, sign and submit the Rental Agreement we send you.
If we are UNABLE to fulfill your request, we will email you an order status update of "Cancelled" as soon as possible so that you can make other arrangements for your rental needs. While we try to accommodate all rental order requests, this is not always possible. Please use the item descriptions, specifications and dimensions in each item listing to determine if the rental item may work for what you intend. We cannot tell you which items you need to rent for your vision of your event. Please note there are no refunds for unused items.

Please DO NOT use our contact form to inquire about rental item availabilty for your event date. If you would like to see if we are able to fulfill an order for you, you must first submit a rental Order Request. We process order requests on a first-come, first-served basis and there may be people ahead of you in the order queue. You can submit your Order Request by selecting all the rental items and services you need from our Party Rentals page before proceeding through the 'Checkout'. Payment is NOT required to submit an Order Request. We will let you know if we are able to fulfill your request and the total cost of your order via email within 2 business days (MON-FRI).
